inspection officer "inspection officer" means - (a) the Registrar General, Deputy Registrar General, Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar; and (b) any other officer authorised in writing by the Registrar General to perform such duties relating to inspection, supervision, regulation and control of the standard of education of the private higher educational institutions.
